Throughout her career, Ann has joined projects in the early phases of design and stayed with the projects through the completion of construction. The projects have ranged from very small to construction costs in excess of $100M. The consistent lesson is you must always plan for contingencies.

This $15,000,000 is the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of the former Eastern Pumping Station at 1801 E. Oliver Street. Working with the School of Medicine in the design and construction of two floors of the state-of-the-art research facility, Health Sciences Facility III. Coordinated user engagement, the management of the design team, furniture and equipment procurement, and construction oversight.
